We had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was fantastic, right on Wenceslas Square with a beautiful view of the Christmas market. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a small kitchenette and all the necessary appliances. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we especially enjoyed the welcome drink of mulled wine. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
That we had to purchase coffee pods for the coffee machine, which seemed a bit strange to us. However, this place has so many other great amenities and services, such as an airport shuttle, laundry service, and tour assistance.
